Delivery
Delivery via GLS on working days between 8 am and 5 pm.
The book preparation time is 4-5 working days, delivery time is depends on your country (there might be a delay due to increased workload e.g. around Christmas). Delivery time depends on your country.
Once the package is ready to be delivered, the delivery service will notify you via email. The email will include the tracking ID and the amount to be paid upon delivery in case you choose this payment option.
Any delivery related request should be included in the Note section (floor, door, company’s name in case of a company address, etc.).
